out of disk causes launchpad-buildd to fail badly

Bug Description
When a build exceeds available disk space, we currently fail at detecting that, resulting in a build that we have to go kill the hard way. We should detect that in launchpad-buildd and abort the build.

This just caused a need to manually reset a builder again. I think it'd be worth increasing the priority on this, as it requires a fair amount of manual intervention, including running custom SQL against the DB - aaaaaaaa.
