Update the changelog file in 0.91

Bug Description

The ChangeLog file in the source tree is outdated. It hasn't been updated since the following entry:

2008-05-23 Peter Moulder <email address hidden>

         * share/extensions/*.py: Use gettext for (many) error messages.
         share/extensions/inkex.py: (errormsg): New function.

The bzr commit log can easily be exported in GNU ChangeLog format by using:

bzr log --gnu-changelog

Seems that it was decided to no longer update the ChangeLog in the source tree?
The last dates of frequent updates in the revision list of the file [1] correspond with the date of this thread in 'inkscape-devel':

It doesn't seem to be that clear. Should we update it with the bzr change log (at least for stable releases) or remove it completely?

I suggest we keep the changelog with commits targeted to 0.91 only.
And then add the changes from 0.91 to 0.91.1 and reset the file when bumping to 0.92.

Maybe the old Changelog could have been moved to the 'doc' dir where its preceding Changelog is archived, instead of renamed and the content replaced?

Yep, I forgot to copy the old content to the archives. To be frank, I even forgot the archive existed...
I've updated the files in the trunk (r13041) and branch (r10011).

Note that some revisions are still missing (archive end: 2008-05-23, changelog start: 2009-11-21). I'll see if it's not too difficult to fill the gap.
