Bug Description
I became an Ubuntu Member on 2006/09/06, however my ubuntu.com email address is still yet to be created. I believe that launchpad is the correct product on which to file a bug. Can somebody please sync <email address hidden>?

This happens because your forwarding address is @ubuntu.com.au. This triggers broken loopback detection code which thinks @ubuntu.com.au is close enough to @ubuntu.com to ignore you.
