in kpackagekit when i click update it gives an error and cannot continue

when i click in button update in kpackagekit it return this error.

As you didn't state the release you're using, please run
apport-collect 600956
in a terminal (KMenu->Applications->System->Konsole) so it can add some basic information about your system to the bug. You'll have to give it at least permission to change Non-Private Data when asked.
If that doesn't work for some reason please run the following commands in a terminal and post the output here, thanks.
