qt3-designer: missing category in .desktop file

Bug Description

What's wrong:
qt3-designer appears in KDE's menu under "Lost & Found".

How it should be:
It should appear under "Development".

Reason:
The .desktop file is missing a categories entry.

Fix:
Adding something like
 Categories=Qt;KDE;Application;Development;
to /usr/share/applications/designer-qt3.desktop

I checked to make sure none of the other programs in this package required additions to their .desktop files, but this is the only one.

It looks that somehow the Categries entry didn't find it's way into the updated package.

$ dpkg -l qt3-designer
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold

Sorry, Malone doesn't like cut&paste.
The missing Categories entry didn't found it's way into qt3-designer's desktop file.
