FFMPEG2THEORA and Firefogg encode AVI video more than 100%

Bug Description

AVI video
size: 1.10 GB (1,191,215,134 bytes)
Dureation: 1:18:07

I have tried to encode this video with ffmpeg2Theora.exe under Command line in Windows XP SP3 and also under FIREFOGG.ORG and the file seems to keep encoding more than 100%.

I stopped the encoding at 125% and tried to play the video, but it only shows about 15minutes of slow motion video with out of sync sound, which is useless.

Note: The AVI video by itself plays fine with very good quality.

that is the one I'm using and causes the problem.
I have also tried ffmpeg2theora-0.25.exe from
http://v2v.cc/~j/ffmpeg2theora/download.html
and I get the same outcome.
