Bug Description

I've been transcoding some AVI files produced by a Fuji camera, which for some reason uses 8-bit audio. ffmpeg2theora seems to be treating it as 16-bit, resulting in a half length noisy Vorbis stream.

I've uploaded a sample and resulting Ogg file here:

Almost. The audio is being resampled now but it's still half the length it should be. The result sound like every other half second of audio has been dropped. Probably just a calculation assuming 2-bytes per sample somewhere.
