Nothing to Commit message after making changes.

I start up Eclipse, I check out a repo using Bazaar. Everything checks out. I have an icon on the parent folder indicating no changes have been made.

None of the files or folders under the parent have any icons.

I open a text file, add a line of text at the end of the file. Right Click -> Team -> Commit

I get a dialog box that says "Nothing to Commit"
