Option to ask for a name and location before saving the screenshots to disk

"is it possible to have a setting that asks me for a name and save location for the captured image instead of simply naming it something arbitrary and forcing me to rename the file. I love this program and have been using it for a few months. I just recently discovered that it was saving every screenshot to some default location automatically. This whole time I have been using the "save as" to create the file name put the file in the location of my choice. I just discovered that I could set the folder path and now I am trying to get it to ask me for a file name for each capture. Is this possible? (...and thanks for the F2 hint. This helps a little.)"
