Text copy-paste problem in 0.47+

Bug Description
In 0.47:
1. Typing the text in standalone program (MS Word).
2. Copying the text into buffer.
3. Inserting text into existing text block in Inkscape's svg.
4. Text inserts not into block, but somewher nearby.
5. Also, while trying to insert non-english text from buffer (i.e. w/russian letters), it inserts with missing font: text inserts with russian letters displased by square brackets and commas! But sometimes it inserts even some zero-object!
In 0.46 there were everything alright.

In v0.46, this Ctrl-V would simply overwrite the selected text.
(For me, this is the preferred result)
but now:
copy text from MS Word, select text in inkscape, Ctrl-A to select all characters, Ctrl-V to paste. Instead of overwriting selected text, a group of text objects i created.
