Bug Description

What happens is that if, having selected an object and go to "Menu-> Object-> Object to Markers" and then in the dialogue of "Fill and Stroke (Shift + Ctrl + C)" going to "Stroke style " and we created the new Markers not found at 1st, but we have to click a second time to see the Markers are created for us and what we choose.
PD: Excuse my English. I'm Spanish, my version of Inkscape is in Spanish. Moreover, English is not very good to me as you have found.

Sorry, I forgot say that my version of Inkscape is 0.47 and I´ve written a mistake rather than "(Shift + Ctrl + C)" is "(Shift + Ctrl + F)".

reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 on OS X 10.5.8
The popup lists to select 'start/mid/end' markers in the 'Stroke style' tab need to be activated twice to display an updated list that includes newly made custom markers.

Changed in inkscape:
importance: Undecided → Low

Fixed in trunk in revision r11588/11589 with the changes for bug #1030239:
Newly added markers are added to the list of available markers immediately (no more need to trigger an update manually by opening the list twice).

Changed in inkscape:
assignee: nobody → John Smith (john-smithi)
