Doesn't start

Bug Description

Something broke since upgrading to breezy, starting BloGTK gives me this:

 dean@bacardi:~$ BloGTK
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/BloGTK", line 1230, in ?
    blogtk = BloGTK()
  File "/usr/bin/BloGTK", line 133, in __init__
    self.grabConfig()

IOError: unsupported XML-RPC protocol

I assume it's related to the recent python updates, but am not sure

that works fine here, do you use a proxy?
