Bug Description

Third party uploaders can not copy packages to archive via UI. Bill Filler reports that it simply doesn't show up in the list for him to select.

I can't reproduce this, I see PPAs where I added myself as an uploader in the copy list.

I'm trying to copy from:
https://edge.launchpad.net/~moblin/+archive/ppa/+copy-packages

To:
https://edge.launchpad.net/~oem-archive/+archive/moblin-karmic

but see no moblin-karmic in the drop down list of destination PPA's. I'll attach a screenshot

Is the ~oem-archive/moblin-karmic ppa named something funky in the list that I'm not seeing?

The problem appears to manifest itself when you have indirect privs via a team that has upload permissions. If you're specified directly as an uploader the PPA will appear in the drop-down list for copying.

Pathetic waste of my time. Expected after 4 years of trying to deal with bugs and Launchpad.

To be completely frank I'm disgusted that you and apport waste my time.

Bug reported somewhere it will actually be dealt with.
