Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-ubuntuone-client

The latest version of the ubuntuone applet no longer auto-connects to the server on system start (even with the correct setting in preferences!)

Hi Rachael,

Thank you for taking the time to file this bug report. In order to help us figure out what the cause of this issue is, can you run the following command from a terminal session?

apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 441362

This will attach some debug information that will provide some helpful details.

hi joshua

have run the command, but it doesn't seem to have attached anything
The result in terminal is:
"No additional information collected."

Anything else I can provide for you?

Hi Rachael,

Thank you for trying that command. If you can attach the oauth.log file and any file with "exception" in the name found at ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log it will be much appreciated.
