Extend remove-translations-by for large-scale deletions.

The script remove-translations-by has no options to select a distribution, a distroseries, a source package, a product or a productseries. These would be helpful to facilitate large-scale deletions.

When specifiying a series, the handling of shared entries has to be specified somehow. They can only be deleted if they are only used in one series.
