Bug Description

Hi, in ME-TV I can see video correctly but no sound...no audio stream is detected...I've tried many things like installing all audio codecs and changing between alsa, oss, pulseaudio but none have worked...everything works fine in VLC player...maybe the codecs in ME-TV are different from the VLC codecs...

Can someone please help me?
Thanks in advance

Me TV 1.0.0
OS: Ubuntu 9.04

Open up a terminal and type `me-tv -v`. Using a command such as `me-tv -v > me-tv.log` will put everything into a me-tv.log file which will make it easier to attach.

From the log I can see that Me TV does not find your audio stream in the PMT. Some questions for anyone affected by this bug:

* Has any previous version of Me TV/Linux worked? (I assume not)
* Does it happen on all stations?
* Are you able to build from source (or bzr)?
* Where are you?

Record something then play it back using another player, does it have sound? If so, then maybe try it in the xine player with the "-A alsa" command line option, does it still work?

What is your sound card/system (i.e. mine is an Intel onboard chip on a Dell Vostro 430 ) ?

(All the other sounds in my system are working fine without any incident)

(The me-tv sound is now (I'm talking about the version 1.3.0 when I try the 1.3.1 I'll say) even detected in the gnome sound preferences in the applications tab.)
