Bug Description
When I'm configuring a project typically I'm using the tab key to go through the options, filling them all out completly like a good like form filler. But, then I hit the license section. There I have to tab through all the licenses whether or not the expanders are open to show them to me. This is both surprising and a pain, to the point that I usually find my mouse.
