Default fonts are too small

Bug Description

The default fonts for malone are *tiny* and make it quite hard to read. The bug listing in particular makes it *very* hard to search for dupes, and searching for dupes really helps cut down QA effort a lot.

But whoa; the default fonts for comments are *huge*.

The table font is increased to normal size, and the bug comment font is decreased to normal size, in my tree (which will be uploaded once PQM finally becomes my friend).

This makes some Launchpad tables even more annoyingly wide -- I've reduced the cell padding to compensate partially, pending a more thorough redesign of the tables involved.
