igotu2gpx throws out more points than @trip PC

@trip software delete the most waypoints if there are the same, that means you stand still at a point.

Ok, the logic in trunk is now hopefully the same as for @trip PC.

There should be an option to keep/remove waypoints in the same place.
When tagging photos its better to have more points to avoid manual copying of coordinates.

@trip has some options to tune number of removed waypoints.

The logic that is implemented now is only concerned with track points that are marked as invalid by the GPS tracker itself. While @trip PC has some options to remove additional track points, no such option exists for igot2gpx. All track points that are usable are written to the .gpx file, even if the are duplicated.
