Bug Description
Unless I am severely mistaken, there is no feedback of what bug you filed immediately after first filing it. This is a serious issue because it becomes impossible to communicate to someone else what the bug number filed was (dilys aside).
Current suggestion is to at least:
a) provide an informative frame at the top of the bug listing page indicating the bug # just filed
b) scroll to the last page of bugs to ensure that the bug just filed is in the listing
Note that displaying the list of bugs, when we reach a large scale, may have a cost associated to it that further lengthens the time to fill bugs. This might be something we will need to reckon with in the future.

There is a yellow box now that says "Bug XXX filed", which is already a step in the right direction. This bug covers other changes than just that one, though.
