Login page lacks hierarchy links

Bug Description

Regardless of its URL, the login page is missing the necessary hierarchy links. For example, <https://launchpad.net/+login> should have one "Launchpad" link. And <https://launchpad.net/products/launchpad/+bug/3719/+login> should have "Launchpad", "Products", and "Launchpad" links.) These are useful for if you strayed into a page that requires authentication, and want to return to one of that page's incestors.

There should at least be a "Launchpad" crumb to return to the homepage.

This conflicts with #3808, as the fixes are mutually exclusive (either you are redirected or you are shown a meaningful page).

I suppose the login page should look like this.

Or at least have a link somewhere to take you to the Launchpad home. (on the LaunchPad logo?)

Logging in should now redirect you to the page you were on before you logged in, so this shouldn't be a problem any more.

This is no longer feasible because Launchpad redirects people to the login.launchpad.net OpenID server to log in, and that site has its own design for security reasons.

The "You are already logged in as..." page still lacks navigation, but that page shouldn't exist (bug 3057).
