Bug Description
I Update today to Ubuntu 9.04 64, and the ruler axis don't show correctly.
My version is Inkscape 0.46, built Apr 8 2009
I Attach one printscreen to explain better.

This bug has been reported and confirmed before and it was corrected in SVN.
Marking as fixed.
Keep in mind that 0.46 won't have this correction in repositories, so you'll have to wait until 0.47 is released or get a development version.
