GUI bug - scrollbar not moving, tab not moving

Bug Description
When I click on the update notification icon in the panel, a window named 'Software Updates' shows up.
In that window, when I click 'show details' a Tab Panel with a scrollbar is shown. While I can change tab and scroll as if everything was fine, there is no update of the GUI:
- When I select the Description tab, text content updates, but it looks like it's still the 'Changes' tab is focused.
- When I scroll down/up, the scroll bar appearance doesn't update, while the text content does.
