The warning icon and error messages for bug watches that can't be updated are confusing

The "warning" triangle traffic sign icon https://bugs.launchpad.net/@@/warning is shown next to the upstream bug tracker links e.g. at bug #243156 and bug #329389 for no reason I can discern. Is clicking on the links dangerous?? I'm not sure that 's not what it means; more realistically, I imagine it's trying to tell me there is something wrong with the watch (but I cannot figure out what, nor what I could do about it) but to a newcomer to Launchpad, the first interpretation would seem the most plausible.

If the icon needs to be there, perhaps at least it could be linked to an explanation of some sort, like the Status and Importance fields once used to be (if I recall correctly) or maybe there could be a tooltip when you hover over it?

Hmm, I clicked on the upstream "editstatus" links on those two bugs and doing that revealed an error message for each. "emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com/ bug #2385 appears not to exist. Check that the bug number is correct." (how so? Clicking on the link brings up the relevant upstream bug) and "Launchpad couldn't connect to GNOME Bug Tracker." respectively. I guess this is what the icon attempts to draw attention to, but if so then IMNSHO it's a poor design.
