Launchpad fonts are too big

Bug Description

The font size used in the middle column across Launchpad is too big, for field labels (e.g. the labels for "Summary" and "Description" on the +filebug page), text (e.g. bug comments), and page headings.

This makes it look somewhat ugly, and take up more space than needed. Offhand, I'm not sure exactly what problems need to be fixed in the CSS, but sladen mentioned it might have something to do with "font-size: smaller".

kiko also agreed that we could fix this, and should get input from mpt on the matter.

This patch isn't necessarily a solution, but it makes the experience slightly more friendly, at least for me.

I haven't tracked down where the apparent font-size increase is (it may even be the natural size, just that with half the screen real-estate gone it doesn't feel that way).

font sizes seem to have been adjusted in today's upload and are now wildly too small for bug listings.

I will attach two screenshots.

The first shows that the surrounding launchpad text is all a reasonable size - in line with what gnome's defaults are. However, I am having difficulty making out the words in the bugs listing.

The seconds has the bug listing enlarged so that the list is about the same size as the standard gnome font, however, the surrounding navigation is now excessively large, and in the case of the "Log Out" box, is now overrunning the title bar.
