"Fix committed" bugs are treated as "resolved" bugs

Same problem with "Fix released" when the package comes from a Debian package. For example, this bug:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/qt4-x11/+bug/6525

It is treated as resolved because its status is "Fix released". Indeed this package is released in Debian, but it is not yet uploaded in Ubuntu (pending).

Do we need another status "Uploaded"?

This bug caused the duplicate bug 32774 to be reported, because the original bug didn't show up in the default bug listing.

No. Malone tracks the status of the bug in each distribution and/or
package. If a bug is fixed in Debian, but still open in Ubuntu, then
it'll continue to show as open in Ubuntu reports.
