Stop indenting and wrapping bug descriptions in e-mail notifications

After this bugs was filed, the e-mail wrapping code was changed. Is
this still a problem?

All lines are indented now, but I could agree that the Description
shouldn't be indented at all, to reduce the number of line breaks.

When a bug is filed, the description isn't indented, and when the description is edited, we display a diff of the change to description. The diff won't be readable if we don't wrap and indent the description slightly (the diff markers aren't indented), so I'd say this bug isn't valid anymore.
