It should be possible to set your timezone without showing the map

Bug Description
User persia reported that someone else set his location, and he wanted to get back to the "anonymous" state on the map, even displaying his timezone as before.
It would be better if the timezone selection was set apart of the map, so users would be able to set their locations without having to show it that closely, instead of hiding their timezones at all to avoid that. Also, a "Reset location" on map would be useful, until the bug #262193 get a fix.
