Keeps last selected user config, and doesn't clear when selecting next user

Bug Description
With the latest release I have found that if I restrict my son and apply, then select any other user, the settings don't clear or read the other users actual settings, but instead it carries forward the son I first selected.
In other words, you must apply your changes to the desired user and apply/quit. Then restart and select the next user and apply/quit.

Evan, this bug can be closed as far as I can tell. It works perfectly here now.
