Problem with <tspan> element and attribute dy

Bug Description
It seems that a value of dy with length and unit identifier fail.
This cause the calculated y-position to be wrong (near to zero)
When i open the xml-view panel in inkscape then the shown value of dy is near to zero.
If I change the value to a length with NO unit identifier it seem to work ok.
see the supplied examples.
