Bug Description
Currently it's possible only to save new presets. When it comes to renaming or removing them, one is supposed to use a text editor and edit preferences.xml. We need a good UI for that :-)
Besides, it could make sense having default presets translatable by means of gettext. But that's probably another story :)

Yes, a specific UI for preset management would be nice. But where should we add it? In the Inkscape preferences dialog (Tools>Calligraphy entry)?
And which presets shoud we manage in this dialog, user defined only or everything?
