Inkscape 0.46 fails to compile with poppler-0.8.3

Bug Description
As the summary says. A function was changed. The attached patch just changes the call to the function to follow poppler, but it seems to me a waste to prototype this function two places, so a proper fix will be needed. See gentoo bug 224883 for build errors
