Bug Description

This ticket was migrated from the old trac: re #190Originally reported by: SUUpdatePermissionPrompt.nib is not localized : it is only present in en.lproj
So, it makes SUWindowController - (id)initWithHostBundle:(NSBundle *)hb windowNibName:(NSString *)nibName fail and report an exception in the console.
