Bug Description
It would be useful for IT-administered environments if automatic updates in all applications could be disabled so users don't have to deal with updates they shouldn't (and can't) install. On a similar note, it'd be nice for power users to be able to say "always update my software always!"
An appropriate way to implement this would be to read /Library/
