Copy & Delete PPA packages should filter deleted/superseded packages by default

Bug Description

When going to copy a PPA package, eg at https://launchpad.net/~bdonlan/+archive/+copy-packages , deleted and superseded sources are listed, as well as every uploaded version of every package. Although accessing such versions is useful, there should be a filter to hide them by default, showing the same packages listed on the default view of the PPA.
