Bug in human-theme_0.18_all.deb prevents upgrade

Bug Description

human-theme_0.18_all.deb has a bug that prevents upgrades. About 1/3rd into upgrade it gets an error. says to run apt-get install -f. Here is what happens there:

dpkg: error processing /cdrom//pool/main/h/human-theme/human-theme_0.18_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/applications/screensavers/ubuntu_theme.desktop', which is also in package gnome-screensaver
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /cdrom//pool/main/h/human-theme/human-theme_0.18_all.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

this appears to be unfixable. i tried moving the /ubuntu_theme.desktop file, but it has no effect on the outcome. major bug. i'm afraid to even turn off my computer, seeing as i have a 1/3rd upgraded computer.

it works if you uninstall gnome-screensaver and then reinstall when the upgrade is finished.

someone please respond and say you will fix the bug.

I`ve got the same problem with 'E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)' And, yes, it`s realy works, after fully remove gnome-screensaver updating continues.
