exporting objects with blur makes them cut

If I have a text-object and in the back of this first object, a second one (with the exactly same size and font) blurred and I want to export this objects together Inkscape will cut the blurr of the second object and export only following the limitations of size of the first object. Font and size in solid state.

It kinda cuts some parts of the blurred image in the second layer and uses, instead, the size of the image in the first layer.
