Bug Description
When I export a bitmap that is not the entire page, but "Drawing" or "Object" and the outermost features of the drawing or object has a thick border or a blur effect that expands past the anchor points and there is no solid area behind it (i.e. transparent background), the export will clip the image to the bounding anchor points and not include the blur or borders that expand past. The x?,y? and width/height values should automatically take those into account so I don't need to draw a transparent box around the object or drawing to define the true boundaries.

Apparently you guys like sample drawings, so here you go. The star points are clipped, the blur is clipped. Click the object and export bitmap for "Selection" or "Drawing"
