"home" is a personal dashboard

Bug Description

When logged in, "Home" should display a list of review request for merge proposals, as well as other tasks. This would make it easier to get an overview of where to work.

I agree with this. I had a chat with another user last week who didn't realise that he could click on his name (logged in user), and had no idea that a person page existed.

It might make sense to have home go to the logged in user's home.

Currently Launchpad's front page is nearly useless for someone who already uses Launchpad.

I suggest that we produce a new front page for people who are logged in that summarizes assigned review requests, bugs, and blueprints, as well as listing polls you haven't voted in for teams you're a member of, and membership requests for teams you administer.

When you say that we should "have home go to the logged in user's home", do you mean that http://launchpad.net should redirect to http://launchpad.net/~person, or that the links on the page to take you back to the home page now take you to the user page?

If we just want to make it easier for the user to find the link to their profile, it might be useful to use the conventions that other sites use. For example, Amazon has a link that says "You Account", and eBay has a very prominent link that says "My eBay".
