Provide support for LUKS encrypted partitions

Bug Description

Hello!

It would be great if gnome-volume-manager detected when a LUKS
(http://luks.endorphin.org/spec) encrypted device is connected. That way, gvm
could ask for the password and call cryptsetup before actually mounting the device.

Haha, g-v-m in Breezy already does support LUKS-encrypted partitions and asks
for a passphrase. Just install cryptsetup, and it will magically work. Ubuntu's
cryptsetup also contains a script "luksformat" which creates an encrypted device
easily.

I love to retroactively fix bugs :-)
