Bug Description

Issue found in 5.11.0-1009-kvm
This is not a regression since the test was run with the latest hirsute-WIP branch, with upstream tip c986dbe867053 ("x86/vmx: skip error-code delivery tests for #CP").

This is a sub test in vmx, however the instruction intercept test will stop the whole vmx test (lp:1931956), it will need to be blacklisted first with "-instruction*" in x86/unittest.cfg to let vmx test to finish. Test log:
  filter = -exit_monitor_from_l2_test, test = rdtsc_vmexit_diff_test
  Test suite: rdtsc_vmexit_diff_test
  FAIL: RDTSC to VM-exit delta too high in 100 of 100 iterations, last = 3748
  FAIL: Guest didn't run to completion.

rdtsc_vmexit_diff_test failure can be found in B-azure-4.15 as well. This is not a regression as this is a new test in our kvm-unit-tests hirsute branch

With kvm-unit-test repo updated to d8a4f9e5 (ci: Update the list of tests that we run in the Fedora Cirrus-CI), this test is still failing with the same error message.
