Issue found on Xenial 4.4.0-186-generic s390x LPAR / zVM (passed on other arches)
And B/E/F s390x as well.

This is a new test case added between this and the last cycle.

This issue can be reproduced on 4.4.0-185-generic s390x

This test can now be tested on X/B/F s390x.
(Failed on LPAR with another time difference issue but passed on zVM)
