zfs-linux 0.7.5-1ubuntu16.9 ADT test failure with 5.4 kernels in Bionic

The dkms tests are failing for two reasons:
1. spl-linux can't be installed (see bug 1885285).
2. test kernel-smoke-test fails with the following error:
