New scheduled/template transaction have **PREFILLED** added to Memo

WHERE: 'Manage scheduled/template transactions' window
WHAT: Add a new template using '+' buttons, fill in details, click 'Add'. The template created has "**PREFILLED**" at the start of the Memo field, even if Memo was left blank. Click the edit button to edit the new template, then click 'OK'. "**PREFILLED**" is again added to the start of the Memo field, even if it already appeared there.
HOW: My expectation is that no new text should be added to the Memo field when adding a template, or when editing a template.

Doh, this was only supposed to append when you prefill from the register. Not when you add from the managed dialog.
Will fix.
