ubuntu_kvm_smoke_test failed with "qemu unexpectedly closed the monitor" on node modoc with Eoan

This issue was spotted on node modoc with Eoan, cannot be reproduced with P9 node baltar and another PowerPC node bobone.

It looks like the test has failed with the following command:

I think we might need to check this manually, as I can recall that this issue exists before. But it can be found in 5.3.0-29.31, thus not a regression.
