Printing gives a border of 20mm.

Bug Description

Printing from gThumb is not very flexible and has no way of adjusting the size
of the border. A border of 20mm means that for a print nominally of 100mm X
150mm the picture size is only 60mm X 110mm. This is ridiculously small and
bears no resemblance to a commercial print.
