Bug Description
I have two accounts in HomeBank: a debit account and a cash account. I add transactions to the cash account by manually adding paper receipts. The debit account is automatically filled by regularly importing the CSV exports from my bank. All money I spend in cash comes from the debit account where a transaction containing a fixed memo is added every time I get cash from an ATM.
The automatic assignments function doesn't allow adding internal transfers for automatic assignment, which would be what I need to get transfers from my bank account to my wallet recognized when importing the CSV. As it is now, I can import the file and get an automatic assignment for almost all other transactions, while I manually have to edit each ATM withdrawal.

Internal xfer is not just a payment mode, this is why it is intentionally disabled in that dialog (and when you mass edit transaction).
The reason is that for now, when you switch to this mode, HB need a target account to create a sync opposite transaction, or may popup a window to let you pick a txn in the target account.
That's the behaviour when you edit a transaction from the the transaction dialog. And at assigment time or when you mass edit transaction, having a popup asking for such would an acount or to pick something with no context will be counfusing.
At the end those internal xfer should not be a paymode, this is a design I need to think about and change.
