One page for editing blueprint status and related info

Bug Description

It would be good to have one page which let me edit the:
- Whiteboard
- Assignee
- Drafter
- Reviewer
- Definition Status
- Implementation Status
- Priority
- Milestone
- Goal

of a blueprint.

This would make managing blueprints much easier.

Actually the following actions should all be merged into a single 'Edit' action:
# Edit title and summary
# Change people
# Change status
# Change priority
# Edit whiteboard
# Modify goal
# Target milestone

Approved by sabdfl on 2007-02-08 (I forgot to report it at the time). This will dramatically reduce the number of items in the Actions menu, and make it easier to remove later.

In this AJAX age, this bug might be invalid. We want to edit this items inline. Until we commit to doing this, this bug is still valid.

If you implemented the ability to change everything inline, this bug would be fixed. The "one page for editing blueprint status and related info" would be the blueprint page itself.
