Nested svg elements: bbox misplaced

Bug Description
Hi!
I created a simple svg file and validated it against
W3C SVG 1.0 Validator.
Steps to reproduce this:
1) Open my SVG file.
2) Press Ctrl+A (or select anything).
The objects seem to be in good places, but trying to
move them causes a long jump in a different place.

This is caused by nested <svg> elements which we don't
support. Don't use them if you want to edit it in Inkscape.
Use <g> instead.
