[FTBFS] mapnik (0.4.0-2) fails to build in hardy

It failed to build in gutsy and hardy in all architectures.

It's had no problems building on Debian

This bug was raised on irc according to google findable logs. No resolution though.

FWIW, there are mapnik 0.5 packages in http://packages.debian.org/source/unstable/mapnik

Builds fine in Intrepid.
